November 21 (Thursday) – First Quarter Honor Roll Party for Grades 7-9
First Quarter Honor Roll Party for grades 7th-9th will take place on Thursday, November 21st during lunch.
November 22 (Friday) – First Quarter Honor Roll Party for Grades 10-12
First Quarter Honor Roll Party for grades 10th-12th will take place on Friday, November 22nd during lunch.
November 22 (Friday) – Beta Club PJ Friday
The last Pajama Day for the month of November is on Friday, November 22. For $1.00, students can wear their favorite pair of pajamas. Beta members will be at each door with stickers to show you have paid. The money raised for the month of November will be donated to the Alzheimer's Foundation of America.
November 22 (Friday) – Hero’s Harvest Breakfast sponsored by Jr/Sr Beta Club for all local law enforcement officers and first responders
The Chaffee Junior/Senior Beta Club is excited to honor our local heroes in November! On November 22, we warmly invite all Chaffee first responders to join us for a hearty breakfast at the High School Activity Center. We’ll be serving pancakes, eggs, sausage, bacon, hashbrowns, fruit, and a variety of beverages from 8:30 to 9:30 A.M. For those on call, we’ll have to-go boxes available so you can enjoy breakfast with us, even if you’re on the move.
Currently, this breakfast is specifically for Chaffee first responders. However, if we receive enough support, we’d love to open it to surrounding areas as well!
To make this event a success, we’re accepting donations of food items, disposable pans, plates, cups, and other supplies. Your support would be greatly appreciated and will help us create a memorable morning for our community’s heroes!
November 22 (Friday) – Beta Club Gobble Grams Delivered
Gobble Grams will be delivered to students on Friday, November 22nd. They will be delivered to Homerooms (elementary) or the students’ 6th Hour (high school).
November 22 (Friday) – Beta Club Butter Braid Fundraiser Orders and Money Due
Chaffee Junior/Senior Beta Club is selling BUTTER BRAIDS. The last day to order Butter Braids is on Friday, November 22. They will be delivered on Tuesday, December 10. This is the perfect easy dish to pop in the oven for the holidays! There are 11 flavors to choose from: Apple, Bavarian Creme, Blueberry Cream Cheese, Cherry, Cinnamon, Cream Cheese, Strawberry, Caramel, Four Cheese and Herb, and Cinnamon Rolls with Cream Cheese icing. Each roll is $18 and can roughly serve 11 people.
If you would like to purchase one, please reach out to a Junior/Senior High Beta member. If you cannot get in contact with one, reach out to the Beta Club Facebook page. The money raised will help fund state projects as well as help fund our national bound members!
** Note to Beta Club Members -- Any Beta member who has sold butter braids needs to turn in their forms and money no later than 2:54 p.m. on Friday, November 22nd. Late orders will not be accepted.
November 25-29 (Monday- Friday) – Thanksgiving Break
There will be no school for students and staff on November 25-29 for Thanksgiving Break.
** The Cape Career & Technology Center (CTC) WILL hold classes Monday, November 25th and Tuesday, November 26th. Transportation will be available for morning and afternoon students to attend. CTC will NOT be holding classes Wednesday, November 27th through Friday, November 29th.
ONLINE PAYMENT OPTION IN TEACHEREASE
The online payment option is NOW available through the TeacherEase parent portal! We hope this service will make it easier for you to make lunch payments as well as Chromebook insurance and shop fees.
** PLEASE DO NOT MAKE LUNCH DEPOSITS INTO TYLER-SIS OR PAYPAL -- The school district no longer uses those sites!
You can send check check or cash to the office or drop it in the red wooden box in the Activity Center or setup our new online payment option in TeacherEase.

Parking Regulations and Tags -- The 2024-2025 student parking regulations and tags are available from the main office. All students driving and utilizing the parking lots MUST have a parking tag visible from the front window. Parent signature is required and each tag is $3.00.
Chromebook Insurance -- Chromebook insurance is still available to purchase ($25.00 cash or check made out to Chaffee High School). See Ms. Mossman for details.
