Mission Statement
Chaffee Jr./Sr. High School has high expectations of all students in providing a quality education that prepares them for future endeavors. We believe that this Mission Statement will be used for guidance as we work to continually improve our building, curriculum, and lessons.

Jr./Sr. High School Principal Mr. John Cundiff

Mr. John Cundiff grew up in Sparta, Illinois. He is married to Sarah Cundiff, and they have a daughter, Amelia and a son, Knox. This will be Mr. Cundiff's seventh year as Chaffee Jr/Sr High School Principal. He was the high school business teacher and FBLA Sponsor at Chaffee for six years prior to becoming Principal. Mr. Cundiff has taught computer applications, accounting, introduction to business, business technology, and junior high keyboarding. He holds two Bachelor's degrees from Southeast Missouri State University -- Business Education and Marketing Management. He also received his Master's degree in Secondary Administration from Southeast Missouri State. He completed his Specialist Degree at the University of Arkansas and has started on his Doctoral in Educational Leadership.
Mr. Cundiff wants each student to have a positive experience at Chaffee Junior/Senior High and for all our students to take part in many of the opportunities we have to offer. He also encourages parents and community members to be active participants in the education of the students in our community and contact him any time with questions or concerns.
